namani construction, a real estate and construction firm in pathsala, assam, needed one place to run the business side of its projects — pricing a build, following a lead from first enquiry to signed contract, keeping clients updated on project stages, and invoicing contractors.

we built an end-to-end custom erp and crm around real estate workflows. a dynamic pricing calculator produces construction cost estimates in real time. internal data warehouse pipelines feed lead generation and sales insights. the sales funnel follows every customer from enquiry through to handover.
the crm side handles client enquiries, project stage updates, and contractor invoicing. the codebase is a turbo monorepo — nestjs on the backend, next.js on the front, prisma over postgresql.
